Digital products are final
Due to the instant digital nature of our products (PDF ebooks), all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the download link is issued. Please review the product details carefully before buying.
Technical delivery issues
If you experience a technical issue and did not receive your file after a successful payment, we will resolve it for you.

- Share your payment ID or order ID.
- We will resend your download link within 24 hours.
For delivery issues, the resolution is a resend of the file, not a cash refund.
Genuine duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or if Razorpay confirms that a successful charge was made but no order was created on our side, you are eligible for a refund.
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 9431632694 with the duplicate payment ID(s).
- We will verify the duplicate or failed charge with Razorpay.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Change of mind
Because the ebook is delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchase once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
